Prête-moi ton rêve is a major travelling exhibition of contemporary African art which began in Casablanca and will last twelve months during which time it will stop in Dakar, Abidjan, Lagos, Addis Ababa, Cape Town and Marrakesh
La Fondation pour le Développement de la Culture Contemporaine Africaine (FDCCA) aims to give around 30 African artists including Abdoulaye Konaté, El Anatsui, William Kentridge, Chéri Samba, Barthélémy Toguo, Ouattara Watts recognition in their home of origin and not just elsewhere in the world.
The exhibition will remain in Casablanca until the end of July and then make its way to the Musée des civilisations noires in Dakar.
