The new Porsche Macan Turbo powers into pole position in the line-up of the sporting compact SUV.
Under the bonnet sits a 2.9 litre six-cylinder twin-turbocharged engine. With the optional Sport Chrono Package, the Macan Turbo can accelerate from 0-62mph in 4.3 seconds - three tenths faster than before. The top speed is 167 mph.
The interior features adaptive sports seats with smooth leather upholsery, electric 18-way adjustment and a comfort memory package are included in the standard features. The bespoke interior environment is further differentiated by the Alcantra roof lining and the brushed aluminium interior package. A haeated GT sports steering wheel, which is familiar from the 911, is available as an option.
Externally, the Turbo is characterised by the styling features of the revised Macan model generation, unveiled last year. In addition, unique accents such as the Turbo-specific front aporn and the fixed roof spoiler with its double-wing design add further flourishes. Driver and passengers alike benefit from the enhanced interior, including adaptive 18-way sports seats and a BOSE surround sound system.
