Singita to unveil design transformation of Singita Sweni Lodge in Singita Kruger national park

Singita will unveil the reinvention of Singita Sweni Lodge in South Africa’s iconic Kruger National Park. The lodge is tucked away amidst ancient trees, and its this stunning backdrop which has inspired the design of this intimate hideaway. 

Inside you will see a rich colour palette reflecting its riverside position, but now will go a step further, drawing on the iridescent sheen of bird feathers, butterfly wings and beetle shells to create a bold, new African context for contemporary design, architecture and food.

The lodge offers six contemporary suites with an additional new pool suite. A private swimming pool and shaded riverfront deck can be connected to the adjacent unit to create a more generous two-bedroom suite, offering guests an extra layer of privacy. 

Guests have private access to Singita’s concession in the Park, with the area is home to large numbers of elephant, leopard, lion, rhino, buffalo, and hippopotamus, as well as a myriad of other species.

Rates for the brand-new pool suite at Singita Sweni Lodge start from £1,709 per person per night. Includes full-board basis, twice-daily Land Rover safaris, walking safaris, mountain biking safaris, archery and return road transfers between Satara airstrip and the lodges.
