Among the star-studded selection of this year’s MET Gala, a number of Hollywood's best and brightest were spotted wearing Piaget timepieces and jewellery on the pink carpet.

The Costume Institute Gala at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art (otherwise known as the Met) has been bringing the realms of fashion to the forefront of mainstream media since its inception in 1948. Of course, this year was no exception, Following the theme of ‘Camp: Notes On Fashion’, the event saw celebrities including Harry Styles, Idris Elba and RuPaul Charles show their experimental side in aid of charities across the state.

Among celebrities boasting Piaget accessories was actor Michael B. Jordan. Best known for his roles in Black Panther, Creed and The Wire, Jordan is an International Brand Ambassador for the company. The actor was photographed wearing a bold white gold Altiplano High Jewellery timepiece, set with white gold, more than 360 diamonds and a black coated movement to accentuate his superhero-worthy black sequin tuxedo by Coach. With a grand total of 145 components, the 38mm watch is the thinnest hand-wound mechanical high jewellery watch in the world.

Jordan polished off his look with an 18K white gold Possession ring, priced at $20,659. Featuring 234 brilliant-cut diamonds, the actor wore the Piaget ring on his pinky finger in a daring tribute to the night's camp-inspired theme.

Another A-lister representing the Piaget brand was Solange Knowles - younger sister to Queen B herself, Beyoncé. Dazzling spectators in a showstopping python ensemble, the renowned singer and actress added a dramatic burst of flair to her oufit with the Limelight Secrets & Lights Necklace and Bracelet. Solange also opted to wear a pair of Possession rings, alongside a Treasure ring from the high jewellery brand.

Another friend of the brand, luxury brand consultant Nichapat Suphap proudly became the first ever Thai woman to appear at the MET Gala. Boasting a ruffled custom rainbow-coloured dress from Tomo Koizumi, the fashionista wore set of Piaget High Jewellery from the Limelight Mediterranean Garden collection, completing the look with the Limelight Mediterranean Garden Earrings and Necklace in spinels, aquamarines, tourmalines and white diamonds.
