From December 2017 through to April 2018, chef Yves Cambdeborde will head up the French Alpine hotel: the 5-star, small luxury hotel M de Megève
Yves Camdeborde was appointed by The Bureau d'Etude Gastronomique and the Buildinvest group, owner of the M de Megève by a renowned chef to create a luxury tapas menu.
The chef, whopened his first restaurant in 1992, La Régalade in Paris’ 14th arrondissement, has served his guests traditional yet inventive local dishes for over a decade.
Yves is known as one of the founding fathers of the French ‘bistronomie' movement, enhanced by the menu at his hotel-restaurant in Paris, Relais Saint Germain.
"I come from the Pyrenées. I love the mountains just as much during the summer as in the winter, and Megève is a place that I hold particularly dear," said Chef Camdeborde.
I am thrilled to have this opportunity to create an original tapas menu for the stunning ‘M' hotel.
Why tapas? Tapas, for me, are the cousins of French hors-d’oeuvre. They are smaller in terms of portions, but are just as gastronomic while being explosive, surprising, different and delicious!.”
