Lalique has extended its Les Compositions Parfumées with the launch of three new feminine scents
Inspired by René Lalique’s mythical “Duncan” collection, designed in 1931, the bottle is encased in an Art Deco style bottle, featuring a white wooden cap bearing Lalique’s “Hirondelles” (“Swallow”) logo in gold. A golden metal pendant, also presenting the emblem, is tied around the neck of the bottle by a coloured cord.
The flacon is presented in a beautiful white coffret with a magnetic clasp, lined in white padded fabric. It is protected by a coloured sleeve, matching the nuance of the fragrance, inscribed with its name on a white label.
Master perfumer Nathalie Lorson describes the scent as a high-contrast pop of saturated colours. The scent features notes of musk, moss and patchouli, turning it into a totally modern take on chypre. “With Electric Purple, I wanted to pay homage to René Lalique’s modernity by pushing back boundaries. Inspired by idea of colour fusions, I designed electric contrasts between purple berries, green leaves and texturized musks. It’s a scent for a woman who wants a strong signature!”
